Liking all the black mate. I always like the debadged look on the boot like loosing the gti but looking good mate.
Yes your badge :-p

Since I've put it on I've considered losing the gti aswell cos I think the smaller badge finishes off the boot so watch this space ;-)

Yeah mate leather ftw! Its a nightmare on a hot summers day but in the winter its boss :)

The standard GTI seats are shocking to be honest so its either OEM leather or replace the originals

You would think the silver would come out like a mirror like the black does.

We was going to head to the moors for a few more photos but the sun was quickly disappearing :-(

Nice one :) Poorboys stuff is immense! best stuff I have ever used if i'm honest

How much have you been quoted for the sill repair dude?
Most places tend to charge £2000-3000 for a full respray (bare metal) that's for a top job

the few places I went said between £2-300 and a few people i know who will paint it is at least £1000 so considering I'm gonna get a full respray someday I might aswell do it now and get all the imperfections sorted out

Yeah £200-300 sounds about right for the sill
The difficult thing with Silver cars is getting the paint to match so I can see why you would consider a full respray, especially if you can get it done for a decent price
