Any wheel boffins in the house help a dubrother out?

Post by Jake_polo »

I'm no wheel expert but i've found some snazzyyy wheels i like the look of. I've educated myself as best i can using the old world wide web, but nothing beats experience!! On paper, from what i think i know, they wont fit....i'm hoping some one who is wheely good with wheels can tell me otherwise!!

They are 15x7 ET37
The smallest adapter i can find for a 5x112 stud pattern to a 4x100 is 20mm thick.
From some stats i found on polos arch capacity it says they can take 35-45 offset.
If it works how i think it does.... the offset with the adapters would be 57 which leaves me up s**t creek with no paddle and no shiny new wheels :(

someone tell me i'm wrong!! Please?

Polly the Polo is still about

Image

However she's being replaced by some elderly metal

Image

Blame the wheel setup on the Jetta, had the standard steels on but got a flat so swapped for standard jetta steels.

Image

Car will be for sale SOON, after a clean and some new rubber on these wheels, she'll be good to go!

PM FOR DETAILS
