Overhauling suspension. Bushes, bearings, arbs etc

Post by pip_polo »

Talk to me about suspension.
Im going to be getting some coilovers soon and i want to remove every bush, bearing, bolt etc and replace them to save in the long run. So what do i need?
Things like poly bushes.. But which ones?
Uprated arb, droplinks?

Just think in a couple of years this car will be 230+bhp and i want it to handle well so might aswell do it whilst im fitting suspension.

Cheers
Phil

What are Floflex bushes?
Are these the ones that normally get upgraded to seat Ibiza cupra ones?

I would say get super pro bushes the ebiach arb was good for me and then wheel bearings etc if u really want to go that deep with coil over try to make something out of old socks to help protect the threads if u need to adjust the ride for anything.
