Good progress joe alot of effort must have gone into your door handles and they have come out spot on :D

Its always daring going for something different with the rx2 but i agree with the others it looks really good i think it goes well because your gti is black 8) look forward to seeing it when your back down uni :)

You too man i really wish it wouldn't cost me so much to drive there :(! Yeah i had seen it done before ( front page of my thread) but never actually on a GTI before. I think they will continue to grow.

Amazing job with the handles!!! Like wow! Sometimes rattle can spraying ive seen looks rubbish, lots of orange peel, and a bit tacky looking, but you've put so much time and effort in. Really fantastic job

And the wheels look great! Really good choice with them!

The 10mm spacers - are they 4x100 57.1 specific? I need a set lol!

Im other news, £35 just got me 275 miles of motorway driving... not bad at all! :D

Wheels are looking awesome joe! Gonna take fair bit of cleaning to keep them all shiny like that :-)
You'll have to join in on a shoot when your down here mate, be good to see more GTI's together

Hey there Joe, totally amazing work there. Feelling inspired, but i'm not very gifted in the technical department! Have to say , your car is utterly stunning! got a few ideas buzzing round the old cranium now. Keep up the good work!

Cheers my man! Haven't really done anything new recently! Just enjoying driving the thing now :)

Wheels wise, if anyones interested i may look to swap my freshly refurbed Chromaxed centres for some standard ones....

Damn straight! driving is what it's all about 8)! My car is not as unique as yours, but cant beat going for a spin after a good detailing sesh! :D

Might be selling up soon guys....need a new project / diesel ......

Wondering whether to sell off bits individually such as cruise control, Spax and OPM braces individually or not...
