Re: Dan's Candy white 6r moda
This is quite a good deal mate just got all these: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VOLKSWAGEN-PO ... 913wt_1218
Only issue is (don't know if yours will be the same) but my full beams are also H7 so check this first, if you message him he'll send you out 4xH7s, I'm sending my H1s back and he's swapping them. Also since you've already got your sidelights and this includes them you can fit the spare ones either into your license plate bulbs or the interior as they fit both!

One problem. These aren't the propa HID bulbs and basllasts. Propa good quality HID lights are from £50 and that's cheapjamesagordon wrote:This is quite a good deal mate just got all these: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VOLKSWAGEN-PO ... 913wt_1218

HIDs are illegal now though so you'd probably be better off with bulbs. Quality of them is pretty good better than my original bulbs, obviously not sure about the life of them yet thoughmashmarriner wrote:One problem. These aren't the propa HID bulbs and basllasts. my dads mate is a bizzy he say they not illegal, police just dont like them, he says there ok if the headlight unit is build to hold the HID bulb and not let the beam scatter all over the shop and the polo 6r headlight units are build to hold the bulb and not scatter the beam, and they fine as long as you turn the beam down like so....jamesagordon wrote:HIDs are illegal now though so you'd probably be better off with bulbs. this is legal, turned to "3" as the beam is not scatted and has a clear cut off point, just police are w.a.n.k.e.r.s when it comes to people modding cars and just don't like it, even my dads mate him self says he would pull me over just for little things as he don't like it...

not this is illegal as it will blind ppl and put them off, turned to "-", as you can see the beam is alot higher and a bit more scattered across the road...

Just about to buy the heko deflectors and noticed this message on the website
Note: These are not suitable with vehicle that have any sort of automatic window openings i.e. if obstructed.
So will my windows keep opening if i have these fitted?

Re: Dan's Candy white 6r moda
Painted the inner part of my front badge white lastnite and just fitted it 2day. Its not to bad like. I was thinking about painting the rest of the badge black so the white would stand out but changed me mind.

Re: Dan's Candy white 6r moda
I like that. Is it just a case of unscrewing one and screwing the new one in? Is there a drop in radio signal?Boyracer_2011 wrote:Got myself a little stubby aerial from ebay and it came 2day![]()
