Thanks means alot, hope I have inspired some ppl along the way and still can. Great little cars and I think iv proven you don't need a mk4/5 golf now to win and he featured lol. It's all about going for what YOU want to do not what everyone else does and to be a sheep. I pushed hard to be different and it payed off big time. Best advice I can give to a new member is do what you like. Will deffo be updating this so always keep an eye out.....

Car got the big detail today a full claybar twice as it was super super dirty and gritty. Once that was done i then applied two coats of HD wax by autoglym. Following this I then neutralized the inter proud from the previous owner as he was Indian so smelt abit spicy lol! used my works machine for that don't know what it does but it smells brand new now ha. Then treated the plastics with back to black trim.

Having to get used to driving it hard mate but oh it's fun, finding it very very fast compared to my gti the power is insant and let's not forget the vtec ha. Ride is spot on and the seats hold me in very well it's a must to have decent seats. Surly your next mod?????

Getting work emotions for £340 quid so that should sit pretty, finding it hard driving with scuffed wheels i hate it so need it sorting asap.....!

So yeah I'm loving it, nearly all sorted iv messaged a guy about a Sri on rear carbon spoiler and a mugen grill.....! Fun fun fun..!

Nice one mate :) yeah I bet it feels a lot quicker than the Polo despite your old GTI being quicker than most, especially when your TECing it!
Standard ride does feel planted but the OEM springs are quite crashy so changing to a set of Eibachs is a good idea, lower ride height but better comfort & handling.

The Premier edition recaro's are very nice mate, far better than the standard Type R seats so I would love to get a set.
I will probably get a set eventually mate but they are about £600-700 for a good set so it's hard to justify spending that when the original seats are pretty good.
The good thing about the Recaro's is you can use a harness with them too 8)

Mugen Grill and Carbon rear spoiler will look cool just make sure the Grill has good fitment because there are loads of dodgy ones out there.
Genuine Mugen Grill is £380 and a Seibon Carbon spoiler is about £300-350

You will soon get used to driving it mate :)

Are you going for a Spoon exhaust system?

Yeah if you go on itr breakers they sell the all black ones cheap like £400 quid ATM on civic type r.com......

Yeah il be getting a spoon b pipe and a second hand n1 matted to a tegiwa header the toda copy one, or a ec sports manifold, infant a gruppe m intake system but I'm stuck inbetween the tegiwa one. Lol! Infant the proper one not the copy but for the money I could have an rbc and tegiwa for the same as a genuine gruppe m lol!

Getting some new bulbs today one has blown on the drivers side so I'm getting super white upgraded bulbs. You know if they come out easy the dip beam bulbs? Want to change it lunch time ideally.????

Iye the bulbs are easy to change mate but pretty fiddily, just be careful and you will be fine.
I thought you would upgrading to a HID kit fella? Got a 6K kit on mine and it looks just right, actually looks factory rather than aftermarket

Loving the choice of mods 8) I got quoted £634 for a new Spoon B Pipe last week from Spoon Sports Europe lol
You can get a Supersprint Un-silenced for £200 or a Supersprint Silenced for £260 so they are deffo worth thinking about, that saving would get you a Tegiwa :)
The Gruppe M is identical to the Tegiwa dude, the only difference is the quality of carbon fibre weave on the airbox so it's literally not worth forking out 800 sheets for a Gruppe M when you can get a Tegiwa for £340 which gives the same noise & performance.

Tegiwa Manifold are top quality to be fair, complete Toda copy but they are like £450 compared to the Toda which is over a grand lol :) crazy money
If you get an RBC then you will want it mapping at the same time really mate, same applies to the Toda Manifold because it's a full race header which will bring on the engine management light and make it run lean. See if there are any hondata dealers in your area and get a quote for the K100 or K Pro always worth getting it mapped at the same time because it brings the most out of the mods and makes the power delivery much smoother, it will actually give you better MPG too.

Both the K100 and K Pro come with Launch Control so you will love that!
No point getting the K Pro really though unless you turbo charge it because the only real difference is the data logging
