Removing stone chips

I have a dirty great stone chip, with rust, what is the process for removing them? I have kurust and touch up paint from vw but not sure how to get a good result.

Just touch it in mate, use the rust stuff if you want but build it up so it becomes higher than the bonnet the chip that is with your touch up. Wait til it's very dry like 2 days, flat down the chip area and polish up. Best you can do mate.

Will t cut back up to a finish from being wet dried with fine sand paper?

Yes mate, will bring it up fine. Backwards and forwards motion... Little is more. Tcut is pretty aggressive if used alot.... Be fine though mate....
