...ever bought anything from "Sonetti" on Club Polo?

Hi,
Basically i order a gearbox off him, was advertising on ebay as well. Eventually I transferred the money (not my wisest move) and he said it was sent on wednesday and would be with me on friday. Still not here now (tuesday).

Has anyone had a similar problem with him?

Anyone know what I can do?!

You could dispute the transaction with Paypal or did you transfer it direct from your bank account?

If you did a bank transfer and it goes t*ts up then i'm afraid you have nothing to fall back on..

I did, steering wheel never came, gave me the run around for 5 weeks, he is waste of space. be warned. paypall refunded in end I asked for tracking number as he said it was delivered and signed for, when he sent me copy, it was something delivered to cornwall, i live in Sunderland . he does not do paypall either, bit sus for someone who sells a lot of parts but I paid him through his mates paypall account, people like that dont belong on forums.
