Very low dark blue Mk4 in Glasgow last friday or sat

Saw a very low dark blue mk4 with OZ superleggera wheels in Glasgow near George Square, in at the side of the road, looked nice, I cruised by in my white mk4, just wondering if you are from here.

i've seen that one too!
its been up at McDonalds in coatbridge alot!
it is v low,
15" supperLs and V.V.low!?
