Ive got a 1.2E 55BHP and I'm struggling to get 300 out of a full tank. Its been fully serviced in May when I got it and passed my test. Am i just not treating her right with my (still a bit jumpy) driving?
Sounds like it could be- where do you typically change up when you're driving normally? And do you use foot-to-the-floor acceleration often? Also, what kind of driving do you do? If it's all city driving, then 300 miles is perfectly normal, whereas if it's more A-roads then it's not good at all.
I change up to 4th at 30 and then just cruise at about 36/37, never really foot to the floor though. I guess you would call it city driving yes, certainly peak times.
shell fuel saver... managed to get just under 600 to the tank, granted 400 of those miles was motorway but i wasnt light footed. and as soon as i was off the motorway being heavy footed was an understatement
