My new Powerflow exhaust

These are some photos of my new Powerflow cat back exhaust,
It's a 3" Round angled tailpipe similar to those on Audi TTs and the new A4 Convertible.

What do you think, I know some people will think it's too small, but I wanted a subtle, almost stock look, and I like it!

It's pretty quiet BTW, sounds nice and deep when warm!

PS; Yes I know the car is dirty but it has done about 200 miles since I washed it on friday evening!

It cost £300, Didn't go full TT style as the boxes would have to sit too low, and I'm not a fan of the wheelbarrow look on small cars!
The guy who fitted mine said cat back twin exit systems start from £500

that looks great mate, just right.
Does it poke out from under the valance or has the valance been worked on to accomdate the pipe ? I thought even the quietest powerflow exausts were loud, how u get them to make to quiet ? sry for all the question :P

The valance has been cut as I wanted it as high as possible, they made a really neat job of it.
I just asked them to make it as quiet as possible, I think maybe the small tailpipe makes a difference?
I've done about 200 miles on it now and it doesn't seem to have got any louder, It has a nice burble at idle but overall it just sounds deeper and a little louder than my old knackered standard system!

nice-is your car lowered at all-just wondering to see if it scrapes on the floor or speed bumps?

It's not lowered yet, on my things to do list :D
But everything under the car sits just as high as standard so there should be no probs.

I've got a Powerflow de-cat on my Lupo GTi and I asked them to make it quiet as possible but is still quite a bit louder than standard, specially when you press the loud pedal excessively. A lot of people slag the quality of the Powerflow systems but this is the second one I've put on a car and I've never had any problems!
