Sorry I haven't updated this in so long. I have done a few little things to the car since last time. Probably the best update that could ever happen to the car is it now has A WORKING COIN TRAY!!!! Tempted to upload a video of it in action but that maybe a little too sad

Headlights

Before Edition I spent a whole day sanding down my headlights. I stripped the lights off the car by the usual bumper drop. I started wet sanding on 500 grade as the lights were so bad:

I then went through to 800, 1000, 1200, 1500, 2000, 2500. Then completed with a plastic machine polish, super resin polish and sealed with a HD Wax. They are as good as new now. Really happy with the outcome and worth the 8 hours of labour

ABS PUMP

I have been battling with my ABS for well over a month now. The light was on the dash as soon as i sensed the car rolling. So i did the re soldering of the ABS module which seems to have worked. However taking a stanley knife and hack saw to the module was a little scary:

A few pictures at edition and before edition showing her at her best this year. Looking good on the Ronals.

Wheels

So now winter is here the BBS RC's are back on but I have also welcomed a new set of wheels to the collection that Phil has been rolling on. A set of Borbet T's in 14 inch 8J wide. So that is now 4 sets of wheels i have :o

I was also driving along the other day and a shiney something flew up over the windscreen got home to find this:

All has been replaced not though 8)

I am also borrowing Phils headlight protectors over the winter months so my hard work is not undone by the horrid elements out there. More updates to follow later on this winter.

And my puppy Mutley loves the polo:

Maybe swapping out the Spax coilovers for something a little cheaper soon due to top secret reasons  but then have some FK's so will be a little lower.

You should defo come down though mate. Always a good turn out and all friendly faces.
