Does anyone know if you can retro fit the winter pack e.g heated seats , heated washer jets on a 59 plate polo se
And If so were would I go about buying them , the main thing I am looking do is the heated washer jets because waiting for the ac to do it takes an lifetime

Most likely , can retro fit just about anything. You could try getting the part numbers and get them from vw or trawl the web looking for them

...but the cost (two new front seats an heated water jets) will out way the advantage and the cost will never be recoverd on re-sale...

With regard to the seat heating, I guess the heating pads could be added to a standard seat (but it would have to be stripped of it's upholstery first), but as to whether the car has the required wiring already in place to accept the new seat connection block is another story. TBH, whilst I love our heated seats, it's not something I would attempt to retrofit.
The washer jet heaters should be a fairly simple modification though, however in the really cold winters we had a couple of years ago, even the heated washer jets of the wife's Polo and my Golf couldn't cope and the washers stayed frozen most of the day !
