anti-hijack button
Hi, was bored so I thought id ask if anyone knew how to operate the anti-hijack button that's located on the panel next to the speaker on a 3 door.. when I press it nothing happens.. maybe im pressing it wrong for example with the car off or something. But its always glowing red, regardless of whether I press it on or off (I think once I saw it glow orange but I could be imagining things noww. Anyway, what does this mean, and what exactly does this button do?

Re: anti-hijack button
That's the interior monitoring button. You press it before you lock the car and it temporarily deactivates the interior monitoring for say if you were leaving a dog in the car its movements wouldn't set the alarm off. It automatically re-activates when you unlock the car for next time.
Anti hijack can be activated with VCDS full. I had it but switched it off because my friends kept yanking on the door handle because it doesn't open first pull.
Hope this helps!
