312mm brakes

I need some clarification if anyone can help. I have a Polo GT and wish to upgrade do I just need discs and caliper carriers or the calipers aswell? If anyone can help ill be very grateful.

Ive found a set off a fabia VRS mrk 1 will the brakes fit my car?
