Sounds like the relay isnt supplying enough power to operate the high/low solenoid in the bulb

I would request wherever you bought them from supply a new bulb.

Ok so to update, i went outside this morning to see if i could fix the problem but it had fixed itself, coul it of been the bulb overheating or my ground getting wet perhaps? It was only 1 full beam this time but i would like to know what was wrong, i wouldn't want worse happening next time like all of the lights go! That wouldn't be good lol

Ground getting wet is irrelevent

I assume this is some kind of after market kit? Its likely the bulb isnt working properly as I had this happen on mine.

H4 is a hi/lo bulb - it has two filaments

H7 is a single filament bulb and can be used for fogs, headlights ,highbeams etc.

Sorry forgot to add that the new 6r's have drl (daytime running lights) and I heard that you can't run hid's on drl because it would just burn out

not really a fan of the H4 HID kits, i had to just send a set back as one was faulty but thats not the issue, my problem is that you dont get 2 filaments, just one and solenoid moves the bulb backwards or forwards depending on if you are asking for high beam or not. Why not just create a filament bulb that acts like a standard H4 Bulb. this would also avoid poor beam patterns and dazzling oncoming vehicles.
