HELP ~~ Polo 9N/9N3 De-Wiper

Pretty simple thing to do I'm told ..

but how do u actually do it ?? Remove the nut from the wiper AND then what ??

Anyone tell me what size of gromet I need to cover up the hole once I'm done ??


Havent had a go at it yet nor have I seen it being done before so I don't know what I'm doing lol
