Window problem

Windows aren't going down I've changed the fuses and still no life! Any suggestions/help please????

had this problem before.
get your key, put it in the driver side door, lock the door but keep the key in the locked position wait 10 or so seconds.
then repeat that but for the unlock position, your windows should now come down
