Check your fuses guys! I have been out and looked at mine again and there are wrong size fuses in the locations where a smaller amp fuse should be! Just a quick question when you look at your fuse board are the little fuses to the left of the big ones or the right? Mine are to the right
Aluminium pedals yum, my smaller fuses are to the right too which confused me with the fuse layout. Do you have the Bluetooth with yours? I had a Match courtesy car and they had just rammed a wire in between the bottom left 15 amp fuse... VW workmanship my a*se.
No bluetooth. When comparing fuses in mine to the layout there are a few wrong sizes!!! that could potentially cause a fire if anything went wrong. I will be taking the diagram into vw and telling them my concerns!! This is one of thee worst put together cars i have had. May chuck it back after 3 years and get a Kia hahaha lol
Do i have OCD if i ask them to put the fuses back so all the numbers run in the same direction?
Impressed i am not! It doesn't look like anything has been thrown at it as there are no objects on the ground! It looks like it could be a stress fracture as it looks to have blown on the lower left edge where it mounts to the car.
Yeah Autoglass wanted £648 fitted so i said no im my politest voice possible. I have to wait till monday as no one stocks the privacy glass. £212 fitted.
WOW. Why do you think it just bust of it own accord ?
Have you done anything to the tailgate/glass ? That is scary to think the rear window can just pop like that. Hope you get it sorted.
On another note, just read your Samba Van thread and JEEEESUS, that is impressive. The missis loves VW vans, but the amount of work scares the **** out of me and to buy one finished to a high standard is astronomical prices. Have you got any finished pics of your van ?
Camper looks stunning. I saw a convoy of them recently going down the A303. Mix of all versions, but the originals were the best. There was a T4 that had the most awesome trailer ever though- it was another T4 bodyshell on a caravan chassis, painted up to be just like the towing van.
