remote locking key
at the minute i have to unlick my polo by putting the key in the door and turning it. if i buy a remote locking key and get it programmed to the car will i need to add extra sensor to the central locking system to make it work remotely?

Not that simple im afraid
Youll need to buy a remote central locking kit that comes with a seperate key fob to lock/unlock the doors, or get a flip key one. You can re house them into VW key fobs too.

I'd stay away from the 3rd party key fobs. You can actually add remote central locking with OEM parts. You should be able to find the guide on Google!

No that easy as you need vag tacho to get the SKC pin to code the new immobiliser clocks. The only other option is to carefully remove the glass immobiliser chip from the old key, and put it in the new key.
