Removing head lining

How easy is it to remove the headlining on a polo gt? I'm wanting to do,it suede but don't want to ruin it! Wats evolved in removing it? Any advice would be great!! Cheers

All the pillar trims need to come off, grab handles, sun visors and light fittings, it can be time consuming but not difficult on hatchbacks
