The Golf's Gone

Post by EddyH »

The buyer of my Golf collected it last night and both me and Louise were sad to see her go. :(

On the plus side our new car is currently with JBS for it's first of many mods and should be ready for collection on Saturday! :D

BTW It's not a Golf but still VAG a few people on here already know what it is.

Seeing as youre posting on a Polo forum I'll have a guess...

A Polo?

No, not a polo or a VW.

I've been on this forum a while as I'm a good friend of Josh and also chat to Nelson and Chris. I also stayed with the uk-polos folks at inters as I provided the 'official support vehicle' for the club stand so met a few other folk's including Alex and Connie.

An Audi of some description (that being one of the closest Vag relatives to VW), that is unless you drive a Skoda, Seat, Lamborghini or Bentley (all of which are owned by VW Audi.

Not an Audi and not a 3.2

Initial mods are; Revo, 18" Oettinger wheels, lowering springs and new front bumper. These will be soon followed by brembos, some interior mods and some engine mods.

I have no idea what its gonna be  but for the record I reckon Seat Ibiza or Leon Cupra :D

BTW in 3 years' time I'll be looking very favourably in the direction of a 2.5-3yr old Ibiza Cupra TDi on an 04 plate... looks like a gem! I'll be budgeting for a respray away from bright yellow though...
