Polo 9n door speakers

So I plan on changing the front speakers on my polo as one has started to distort real bad, but from what I can see they are riveted to the door? Once I drill these out what do i do? I can't rivet them back in as I don't have the tools.. And I can't see being able to secure a bolt being easy? Any advice on changing out the speakers would be great!!!

You drill the rivets out, and in your box you should have some metal clips which the screws go into

yeah haha, i ended up smacking mine flat, some parts inside of the door hold the clip when you screw in the screws
