bigger brakes, problem for bbs rs wheels?

Looking at a polo for sale and it have bigger brakes then standard, they fit under the standard wheels (just) and was just wondering if you guy know brake up grades people do to give me an idea? and to tell if a set of 15"/ 16" bbs splits (rs) will go over them?

16 inch rs will fit depending on the offset. bbs are a motorsport wheel so tend to have good clearence

it would be pretty hard to fit 16" rs's over the standard gti brakes and even harder on even bigger ones...it all also depends on the rs model number...there are "million" PCD, offset, width rs combos

the safest way is to try the rs's in question directly over the brakes...

Yeah see where your coming from as soon as i see a set i can travel to just best to pop down there and see if they fit simple that way!

most 15" wheels fit over 288mm brakes...but as I said above you must try them before buying...honestly haven't seen many 9n's on 15" rs's...16" or 17" is the way to go...
