Maybe the retro idea could be a winner, but not sure if the lenso,s do it for me. I think it was Moonjuicepez on here who had some badass gold wire split rims and they looked rather smart.
Anyway, theres the two peneth of somone with bad taste! good luck and happy shopping!
yeah moojuicepez's wire rims were awesome. for 15" I think the pro race 3's would be better, at 17" the pro race 1.2s for sure. :)

I know what you mean, "spokey" rims seem to lose their proportions in 15" size, they seem to get a bit chubby and graceless!

Just a little update; i'm 18 soon and my insurance is going down so I should now be able to afford some mods 8)

option 1: 17" wheels and 40-50mm springs
option 2: 15/16" wheels and coilies

a little mockup of idea 1 (Momo Revenge Anthracite - excuse the shoddy photoshop!)

Image

I think these look aaaaawesome and they're fairly cheap at around £350-£400 a set :D opinions?

What about an SEL chrome grill and lower front chrome grill. Would look good with those wheels.

I've thought about this but for the price I don't fancy it. I can't even afford the wheels yet haha!

Nice car, just like ours... Have you felt any need to get the windows tinted darker? I'm going to get some tinting film and give it a go but want to know how dark to go :P

Thanks :) although now i'm thinking Porsche wheels! I'm thinking 35 front 50 back at the moment. I found someone running this on 17" Boavista wheels and it looks just right. I'd say for my area 30/45 would be best but I can't find any of those

Thanks :) I haven't felt the need to tiny more, I think they are just right. In the sun, you can just see silhouettes of the rear seats and it's not too obvious that they're tinted

I've seen these springs http://www.shop.grahamgoode.com/eibach- ... 2832-p.asp and they are 25 front, 30 rear! Think these would be best for my road and then maybe look to go lower in the future if my road copes with these!

The link didn't work for me but I managed to find them. Quite pricey but they are Eibach so worth it if you can afford it. I'll be looking out for some cheap 35/50 to come up :) but I'm sure yours is the more sensible choice haha I'll probably regret it

Yeah I want something like that, I don't wanna go with limo tints because they look chavvy and provide 0 vision at night

A couple more rough photoshops. NMavs has inspired me in the second one but I can't afford Rota Grids or Volk TE37 so Wolfrace Asia-Tec JDM will do :) btw thoughts on the yellow front tints? I'm really into the motorsport look and personally I think it looks good but I'm sure most will disagree
