Strange raspy noise

I aquired a strange raspy noise today after trying to race. A new vxr.

The polo was making a sucking noise the. When I reached 140mph started to make a raspy noise any one else notice this ?

Check the manifold bolts there prone for comming loose mine did a few months ago

It was defiantly not on any kind of public high way

Would also say manifold bolts come loose. Common problem and happened on mine. Sounds like you have the same symptoms as I did.

Iv had it checked and it's cracked managed to pick one up of a mate who's doing a mk2 project car with a 1.8 t engine lol £20 not a bad result.
