I really like them R-lines, I saw a grey one a while back and it stood out and looked really smart. 8)

Wasn't long before the urge to make some mods came over me! Only subtle, but had some carbon vinyl lying around, so put it to use. Admittedly not an original idea, but think it adds to the car nicely none the less!

And thanks everyone for the comments :D

So a little order arrived for me today, and within 10 minutes (if that) The car then had some wind deflectors! I Like how they look.
Also popped into the dealer today and got some stuff coded in that I fancied. The auto lock feature, getting it to unlock when you take the key out the ignition, and the beep noise when you lock the car from the outside, pleased 8)

Quick update, not really done much to the car! But a word of advice to anyone who's considering getting the car to beep when you unlock it, don't! Possibly the most annoying noise I have heard, especially worse if you need to open the passenger door as well, beeps twice as much! Going to get it took off soon.

Going to be getting the popular footrest cover to match my pedals soon 8)

Now on eibach springs! doesn't affect the ride quality at all and looks a lot better! think any lower wouldn't have looked right, didn't want to go too low. Admittedly pics don't show the drop all that well, will get a side on picture soon!

Been for a drive down some country roads and you can definitely tell an improvement in the corners. Seems to take much less effort to go round one, and the car stays more firmly planted during acceleration/braking.

Sure, I got them from eBay for £152 , item number was 171000899403. As for fitting, not too sure how hard it was, I paid someone to put them on for me and left my car with them for a bit.. Took them about a hour and half so I'd guess not too hard.,

So tonight finally got my VCDS!

Managed to get the needle "celebration mode" working, such a novelty but I love it! Also changed the EDL from normal to strong, completely different car under quick driving!

Hi Calvin,

May I ask where you got the VCDS cable from (does it come with the required software) and if there is a site which list what codes do what for the Polo?

Thanks in advance.
