help needed! - BLUETOOTH HANDSFREE

So today I plugged the screen into it's usual habitat on the dashboard... to be greeted with this:

Can anyone help or guide me in the right direction to find the file I need?

Might need to speak to Bury as this system is based on a CC9060

Or back to VW if under Warrenty. It looks like there's a system issue, they'll probably just swap the unit out so might be able to do it while you wait.

As a long shot you could try the software below to see if it works as is a for variant of CC9060.

Otherwise I'd suggest a trip to the dealers will be needed to fix the unit.

Thanks everyone! I'll certainly give this a go! My dad actually works at the dealer so he asked the service department & they had never heard of the problem before! Going to be getting a new unit if the above download doesn't work
