These are 2 weeks old so basically new, will come with 2 x Budget tyres that have a lot of tread still on them i'd say about 5mm still, 2 wheels will come without tyres.
I will put spigot rings in to bring it down to 57.1mm centre bore and also give you a set of 20 brand new wheel bolts to go with them.
No curb marks or scratches, dish is in perfect condition
