Hi folks,
Does anyone have any experience of removing the wishbone on a 6n? My driver side wishbone bushes are shot to pieces. My mate who knows Metros and some other cars inside out and is convinced it is easier to remove the hub to get the wishbone out. Is it? Or can you just undo the bush bolts and the small bolts holding the wishbone to the ball joint?
Thanks,
Tim

It can be done without removing the hub. Youll need to undo the lower and side bolt, then the 3 ball joint bolts, and the wishbone can be maneuvered out and replaced
It isnt the easiest and will take time and careful alignment to get it out though.
Youll need the camber and tracking done afterwards.

Thank you for your help Alex, good to know. I was planning to get the tracking and camber done soon as it managed to pass its MOT.
