Will XXR 527's fit my Polo GTI?

Hi guys,

Looking for a bit of advice here. I quite like the look of these XXR 527's they are 17" x 8.25J ET 25.

I'm just wondering whether they'd fit my 9n3 GTI without any major issues? Not sure what tyre would be best suited either, would probably like to run a bit of stretch but nothing stupid.

I've used this calculator but i'm still not sure.

not sure on fitment but i've corrected the tyre size for you

you want 40 profiles not 45 if you're going to 17's

wont be possible to fit with lows will rub like mad, could be made to fit if you run adjustable top mounts and on the tyre side a 185-35 or 195-40

I have 17s on mine and it's so low you can't fit a finger in there

With just me in there it's not a problem but it scraps with others in

I have 205 40 17s
