Hi

just wanted to share my little VW polo 6R 1.6TDI 75ps with you.

I bought this car in may 2013 to replace my lupo 3L as the car i use to drive from sweden to my workplace in Denmark, but like with all my cars the project got a little carried away :)

I got the car from Berlin, and since I have a company that retrofits all the OEM parts in VAG cars I got one without any equipment at all.

here is the list of what has been done with the car so far:

Original R-line front
Orig R-line sideskirts
CSR rearskirt put together with the OEM bumper
Polo GTI frontgrill and bumper mesh
G.A.S V1 airride with VIAR 450C kompressor and remote controlle
Orig Highline leather/alcantara seats
RNS510 Navigation
VW Premium blueooth
VW MDI media interface
Dynaudion soundsystem from vw golf 6
Passat W8 interior light
Gloss black dekor from polo GTI
OEM R-line alupedals
35% Carbon window tint in all the windows
OEM LED numberplate light from the Golf 6
Aut dimming rearview mirror
light/rainsensor
headliner and A-B-C pillar covered with black alcantara
OEM armrest in leather
Ampire canbus alarm with glass/audio sensor and pain generator sirene inside the car
Cruise control
Foglights
OEM Bi-Xenon with Auto function and CH/LH
Flatbottom multifunction steering from Golf GTD
R-line gearshifter
Rearcamera in the logo from VW golf 6
OPS parking system with 8 sensors from vw transporter
OEM black taillights
Tuning to 155ps/320nm
8x17 ET48 with 15mm Adapters Audi A8 mirror polished wheels with 195/40-17 Hankook Tires
and i had the car repainted in Audi Ipanema brown with gloss black roof and some other parts gloss black

here is some pictures from the project

WOW! That's a lot of work there mate!
However I think the end result is brilliant and it will really turn some heads.
Do you do any UK VW shows at all? This would fit right in at Ultimate Dubs in March! 8)

Its no problem, other than im located in denmark hehe ;)

But you need to exchange the BCM in the car before you can retrofit the cruise control, add some wires into the BCM, plus a single wire needs to go out into the ECU of the car aswell.

The new cruise control arm didnt fit 100% onto the stock slip ring, but that could be fixed with a dremel...

Next step is to swap the rns510 with a DAB version instead and with SSD harddrive, and 2x 7" touch screens in the headrest aswell with video output module from the rns510.
