ABS Cable

Post by beeby11 »

I have my MOT coming up and i noticed that my ABS wire has come loose and has split causing the ABS light to come on. I have looked online at the usual places for a replacement wire ECP and GSF, EBay. Does anyone else know where i may be able to get one from other than VW as i dont want to have my pants pulled down :D

Any help appreciated

Thanks Andy

TPS is a good source of OEM spares.

It must depend on the branch then, where are you in the country? Lincoln TPS are fine serving me.

Your best to get one off a scrap car then cut the old wire further up and use heat shrink crimps to join the wires with waterproof heat shrink over the top

I've had to do this a few times now
