Dear All
Just done a search and it looks like no-one has done it...if I'm going to change the (blown) indicator repeater bulb in my door mirror I'd like to fit a LED,Maplin sell the orange or yellow led's and the dropper resistors....anyone done it??
Anyone?
John
P.S. Just done a Utube and it looks like it's not just a bulb but a big plastic component with a sealed bulb in it??

Re: 9N3 LED door mirror repeaters
Just done it....but...there is no bulb in there...already LEDand it's a swine
GENTLY prise out the glass
and remove the heater wires...unscrew the three screws holding the motor unit
which give you access to the two repeater screws
release the indicator connector.....to find the sealed unit...
which if you break open shows the LED circuitry working....
so a quick clean-up and re-connect and all is OK..it was a loose connector
Re-assembly is reverse the procedure, with the help of a little glue...
