Call me stupid...but...OBD11 fault code reader

As the title says.....just got the EPS light on the dash ( 9N3 ),so out with the CAN VW/AUDI Memoscanner u281

and the first problem is the sections...I know what engine is and what ABS is...but what is A/T and SRS?

A/T gives linking error...so maybe I don't have A/T
SRS gives error code 532 ....low battery voltage, (understandable in this weather)
ENG gives error code 16955..brake light switch/fuse/bulb

will investigate further

Fault code 16955 cured by unplugging/plugging brake light fuse..

You could well have a faulty brake light switch - these fail so often it's unreal.

Yeah,had a check of that and gave it some WD40 just for good measure..
