Head rebuild done BUT!!

After taking the mrs new car back to the garage after one day of ownership due to low compression on cylinder 3

They rebuild the head, new guides valves head gasket timing chain kit etc
Iv now got the car back but I still think it idles too low and is a bit rough

Touch wood I haven't had the juddering or eml come on but again I still don't think it's quite right

It idles at around 695rpm is that right? For a 3 pot

It also had the coil pack and plugs done by previous owner just before Xmas
