The jack is under the spare.

The long space in this phot is for the warning triangle but there is nothing missing as it's not included. If you want to get one, the one in the £18 vw safety kit fits perfectly, the first aid kit fits in the other space and a hi vis goes in the panel in the passenger footwell.

Vw don't do these. These are extra special made in china by a child flappy paddle extensions. You can get them in green, red or carbon fibre. I found carbon fibre to be least offensive

Your GTI 6n2 looked lovely (good vw style), but I must say your shadow blue GTI is awesome. Good upgrade!.

Coclo ; yes sub is placed in spare wheel well. And then your carpeted cover goes over the top. On my gti it doesn't fit 'perfect' as the battery is in the boot well. I have read your post and you clearly know what you are doing with electrical, so you could install it absolutely no problem at all.

I can explain better soon, I can send you the pdf instructions manual

I can do a post, I have the pdf instructions so I can post the relevant parts and pics. It is very simple, only 2 wires need to be unmounted using the tool, the rest are just
Unclipping blocks and plugging in again elsewhere. How it works is you are plugging the speakers into the amp and sending power to it and wired into back of stereo too, just using the supplied bypass blocks and cables. Just a matter of following instructions step by step. But buy the proper tool, I wasted a day trying to remove the wires with paperclips!

You cannot fit both the spare wheel and sub into the wheel well, (well definitely not on gti due to battery in boot) I need to buy some emergency tyre sealant just incase
