I had a look around last night and in the drivers manual it talks about "cooler 2", which doesn't seem to make much sense unless it is referring to the radiator fan, but I don't see why that would need such a high rating. The 110A one is for the charge from the alternator

The radiator fan can draw a pretty meaty amount of current when its at full speed

In any case, replace the blown fuse.

Would vcds not tell you there's an open circuit in the system in question?

The fan seems the obvious answer though as it's one you could probably get away with, especially in this country

Does the fan come on once your AC has been on a few minutes?

I have got the definitive answers for the 4 large fuses now (right to left from picture perspective)

Fuse S162, Position 1, 110A, alternator
Fuse S163, Position 2, 90A, relay carrier
Fuse S164, Position 3, 50A, glow plugs (engine)
Fuse S176, Position 4, 50A or 30A, glow plugs (radiator fan) or air conditioning

So it looks like the blown fuse is for the air conditioning as it looks like 30A from the picture
