Power steering warning light

Just got my car back from garage having bits done to manifold, drove home no problems and then went to go back out, the steering wheel symble came on and had no power steering, checked fluid no problems there, vag com'd it and i brought up a code (01309) power steering module. Has anyone had this problem or know exactley what it is..
