What's needed to wire up a sub/amp/speakers to RCD310
What's needed to wire up a sub/amp/speakers to RCD310
What's needed to wire up a sub/amp/speakers to RCD310? RCA Adapter? Anything else? How would I go about it

sub, amp, speaker wires, remote wire, power cable, ground cable, rca adapter - think thats everything
you will need to wire the rca adapter to the rear speakers (splice into the + and - wires) or remove speakers (drill out rivets) then buy speaker adapters to mount them back.

The RCA adapter can also go behind the head unit to save drilling out the speakers

Make sure you run the power cable and RCA cables away from each other if you want a real quality sound. You can get interference if you run them together

I wired in a line out convertor to my RCD310 but ended up putting an aftermarket headunit in.
It distorted with the LOC on mid to high volumes, but that could have been due to not grounding the LOC.
I used the aftermarket headunit as I had it lying around and had more freedom for fine tuning the sound.

LOC must be grounded - thatll cause all hell if not.

Just went out and grounded the LOC, sounds just as good as the aftermarket head unit, made a massive difference.
