Hi all, new to forum and looking for some help. Our grandaughter has just had a 2004 polo bought for hear. when you use the key to open the car, it doesent unlock the boot. you can hear a motor when you pull the boot handle, but it only opens if you use the key in the boot. Any ideas. thanks in advance, Ray.

Make sure the boot lock is in the right position - if it's wrong the central locking won't unlock it

Hi, thanks for that Alex, i did make sure the lock was in the straight up position ( i think thats right ) but still wont work. Ray.
