Parents new 6c is showing service intervals of 2 year or 20k miles we purchased the service pack of three services/3 years and feel a bit miffed as only one service will be needed in the 3 years. Should the car be on yearly services and can/should this be charged

The car is set to long life. You can have it changed to time and distance servicing should you wish which will make it 1 year/10k
