Polo 6C - Audi chrome muffler

Hello from the new member, first off all sorry for the bad English
I just became the owner of Polo 6C, 1.2 TSI...
In an older topic I found that the chrome muffler from Audi A3, part number "8P0071771" fits on Polo 6R with visible exhaust.
Now the question is whether the muffler fits and the redesigned polo or the exhaust is different? here are few pictures

diameter of my exhaust pipe is 65mm

I just ordered one today, same part number. According to the masses, it will go straight on.

great, can you post when it arrives does it fit or not
you have 6C or 6R Polo? because I don't know is it any different on 6C compared to 6R

Audi chrome muffler looks great.

I will finally get my Bluegt in a couple of days after a quite long waiting time.

After searching the forums, I've ordered extra OEM chrome exhaust tips from the dealer PN 6R0253825, as the chrome tips make a big difference on the looks.

But then after reading some of other posts, I realized maybe these will not fit to the 6C? The guy I ordered the parts didn't seem to have an idea either.

Anybody have an idea? Worst case I'll buy some other chrome tips that'll fit but appreciate any experiences.

After reading some of the posts from the forums, I also ordered from the dealer the OEM Chrome tips (PN 6R0253825). But as far as I see these are applied to 6R bluegt's so far. The guy I ordered the parts from, working in the dealer didn't have an idea either.

Anybody has any experiences about this? Worst case I will have to keep these and buy some other exhaust tips, but If I can get accurate information maybe I can cancel this order and get appropriate ones for 6C Bluegt.

Appreciate any input.

As I explained in my thread, the Audi A3 tips fitted perfect for my 6C Blue GT...but I chose two black instead of chrome, maybe for a single tip I'd go for chrome.

I have the OEM chrome tips on my 6R BlueGT. The exhaust is the same on the 6R and 6C BlueGT.

Mart!n-GTI-DK: Can you please measure the diameter of pipes and length of chrome tip on your blue GT? because my is 6C "Fresh" so I will compare it with yours GT, my has diameter 65mm...
Here in Croatia Vw is not selling Blue GT at all, only standards and GTI

In the end I bought Audi part 8P0071771 and it fits perfectly

VW should put them on as standard seeing how cheap they are. I have already ordered 2 for my BGT when it arrives at the end of this month.

Price is 35 euros, not so cheap, for a small piece of metal... but has the Audi logo, which makes it expensive

That part number on their website is for the twin exhaust..
