Reference piece of a new GTI

pretty sure they wont fit on your GTI. Looks like the spoiler is different.

And it is one big piece that goes across the edge of the spoiler.

The part you are asking about is as you can clearly see here one piece and fits along the edge of the new style spoiler.

So in order for you to get this you are gonna need to change the whole spoiler... Which is glued on... So the bootlid will also need a respray after your current one is removed.
So there is quite a bit of work...

In ETKA there is only one wheel arch reference, so it must be a independet piece.

Yes, it is only a stick. There is a piece per side.
