PD or not PD?

guys,
how can i tell if my 1.4 TDi is PD (pump dÃ¼sse (sp?)) or not?

They are all PD i think!

oh really? some people write "1.4 TDi PD" so i thought it was an improved version of the diesel engine. thanks!

According to VW's press pack on the Polo, all the TDI's (75PS, 100PS and 130PS) use "Volkswagen's acclaimed PD technology".

The 64PS SDI is described as "Naturally aspriated with direct injection".
