how can i tell if my 1.4 TDi is PD (pump düsse (sp?)) or not?

oh really? some people write "1.4 TDi PD" so i thought it was an improved version of the diesel engine. thanks!

According to VW's press pack on the Polo, all the TDI's (75PS, 100PS and 130PS) use "Volkswagen's acclaimed PD technology".

The 64PS SDI is described as "Naturally aspriated with direct injection".

the mk5s had PD on their 1.4 TDis too
