Sorry to change the subject but SteB did you win something with a standard Mk1 polo at Stafford earlier this year at 3 counties showground ???? (can't remember the name of the show)

that blue mk3 won the polo class. It was a very, very clean car but I didn't like what they'd done with the front end.

Ged got runner up. I think the judges were more after original, clean looking cars rather than custom efforts.

Yeah, the first show'n'shine i entered the old gal into was Dubfreeze 2004. I was quite surprised when it won, and cant complain with the 6000 miles ive done in it since !
