Front Door Removal

Hi guys, has anyone got a how to or method removing the front drivers door? Not the card the actual door itself. I have removed the wing to gain access to the 3 m8 spline screws but once the 2 are off on the body side I can't get the brackets away from the car. If I leave them on then take the m8's out of the door side I can't get my ratchet into the bottom M8 screw! Someone must have done one of these before and have a method!!

Its incredibly awkward. I did it on mine, but had to use a longer M8 bit to do the bottom bolt.
