Absolutely! His choice was Pure White, which as we both know is common as muck
From premium Oryx White is not available in my country, from the premium colours we only have Deep Black, Silk Blue and Reflex Silver. And of course the regular white, black and red.

I don't like neither black, red nor silver. So this is why only Pure White vs Silk Blue. But I think I'll go with Blue :)

i'm not convinced by the blue silk colour.

i'd need to see it in the flesh on the car to decide.

Well boys I've seen a silk blue metallic in stratford on avon. It looked really smart and the colour appeared to accentuate the high gloss grill and red stripe at the front. I was surprised just how much I liked it.

Edit. There is no way you could mistake it for a blue GT, I didn't.

I wish I had the balls to have ordered mine in blue. It's a very unique shade of blue and looks reallt sharp on the gti with the grill, red accent and rims. The color looks really deep in the shade and really blue in the sun, I fancy it a lot.

But Im really happy with the pearl black too, no regrets

So it's done :) I've ordered my GTI today, the dealer said that it should be delivered within the next 3 months latest (20th of October) and was very optimistic about it (I can cancel the deal without any penalties if it will be delayed). To be honest, the sales guy was almost as enthusiastic as me :D He told me that usually he orders only regular polos or golfs and he himself cannot wait for the delivery.

Spec:
- 5 door manual in Blue Silk
- sunroof
- LED headlights
- front armrest
- electronic climate control
- electronically foldable mirrors
- cruise and park pack
- Composition Media
- Light and Sight pack
- tinted rear windows

It has been alledged that a disgruntled or sacked worker deleted loads of delivery info earlier in the year . I often wonder if yours , Andy, was caught up in that. Whatever it is something has gone very wrong. Would have been quicker for you to have purchased one already landed at a UK dealer.

exactly, the 260bhp tuned dsg has 350Nm of torque which is 20 more than the manual.

i'm surprised they only got 212bhp with just a map.

Beat the new Corsa OPC (VXR in the UK I believe) too!

And digging in that channel I found this:

No idea. "remplissage du reservoir carburant" just translates as "filling the fuel tank".

Do we have any French speakers in here?
