In the UK are LED headlights and DLR standard on the GTi? Or an extra pack that must be added?

Bridgestone Potenza RE050.
How are you finding them?

I've been given Continentals, anyone had anything else?

Oops, mine are also S001 (got confused as the RE050 are on my other car).

Early days, but they seem very good tyres. Dry grip is excellent and the car corners on rails.

Thank you!!
Headlight washers are standard on the GTI too as I found out a couple of days ago. They activate if you operate the windscreen washers when the headlights are on. Only downside is they seem to use a lot of water!

FINALLY got a 'confirmed' build week for my GTI of week 37 (second week of september!!!) after ordering on 13th April.

Delivery likely sometime early October.

Been disappointed with the delay, they've said the build week won't be any later and could be bought forward and that if it hasn't been built by 10th August, as this is when its classed officially as 'delayed' then they'll give me a courtesy car FOC until it arrives so not all bad, not counting on it being built any earlier!

Mentioned your circumstances to my dealership and turns out it's the same dealership as me! Said you were really unlucky for it to keep getting delayed an mentioned about you getting a courtesy car. Roll on September for you!
