Hi Spolos, long, hard and difficult process. :)

For correct adaptation of the BCM is highly recommended that it be done a VW dealer (if it is possible in Holland, in Spain it is no possible), since this is the most important point.

There is no full wiring for "total" adaptation of xenon, nor plug and play, you should make additional work on the original wiring of your Polo 6R with halogen headlights from factory...
Plug and play adapters cables from carsystem are to make work "original/genuine xenon" on Polo 6R with halogen headlights from factory, not as xenon installed in factory...

For automatic lights you need that all wiring of all lights in your Polo 6R be exactly like that on a Polo 6R with xenon from factory. In addition to the light sensor and additional wiring for automatic lights. It is highly recommended you have available ElsaWin. (for exact diagrams)

I'm here to help you if you need, but also, you will need help from other people, especially to properly adapt the BCM.
Sincerely, I wish you much luck with all this work.

If you're retrofitting the light sensor/automatic dimming rear view mirror, it's usually recommended to also change the entire windshield.
I didn't do it, yet still the sensor is working perfectly for rain and light.
You need to use sandpaper (schuurpapier) in a very fine grain to get it transparent and polished and a lot of patience.
But it will work.

The BCM change is ambitious, but awesome. Are you also considering moving the static cornerning lights from the bumper to the headlights (assuming you have them now in the fogs).
It's a little effort, especially since you're already doing a lot of wiring anyway.

This is the idea (assuming you have fog with static cornering):
Connect the positive wires from the T2/2 connectors to the T14/14 connectos from the headlights (left to left, right to right).
Disconnect the T2 wires so they now only go to the xenon headlight.

A new wire goes from light switch (via fuse box) to the fogs. 1 wire to 2 lights.

Now if you switch on front fogs, both the cornering lights in headlight go on and fog in the bumper go on.
Now with VCDS, unmark byte 21 bit 7.

I hope this makes sense :)

edit: I've learned a lot from ciclo (the master Image ) and I also have Elsawin now, if you need any help I'm also more than happy to help out.

Boys,

Thank you for all the support i have à friend working at the local VW dealer and i hope they gonna help me allot because i can't do this all by myself i ordered à new windshield at my local VW dealer that is suitable for Rain/light sensor and i also ordered a retrofit cable for the Rain/light sensor : https://www.kufatec.de/shop/de/Volkswag ... VW-Polo-6R the probleem heee is that the not send Any wiring diagram so maybe there are people here which have experience with this project.

So ciclo is it wise to order the CH/LH cable on x2car.de or you might have a different way to retrofit CH/LH

Thanks allot guys

I'll also buy a pair of these lights for comparing (lighting, brightness and size) with puddle lights Passat CC and Golf VII.
They have several requirements I'm looking and I really like this option. Undoubtedly the easiest option for installation. :)

Puddle lights is a project that have not yet been completed (probably in September):

This is all the information about automatic lights CH/LH I posted in the forum:

http://www.uk-polos.net/view ... 20#p474658
http://www.uk-polos.net/view ... 09#p478298 Closed topic, the sale ended long ago. You can read it completely and draw many conclusions.

I think that x2car wiring (whitedragon admin in polo6rfreunde.de) is a good option.

Difficult to translate some languages?

No problem, a brief summary:

- Remove and isolate CAN lines from instrument cluster. 28 and 29

- Two new wires from white conector BCM to instrument cluster.

T73b/54 --->T32/28
T73b/57 --->T32/29

This is what needs to be done in both cases (links) of the previous post.

yes, it's right to retrofit the new steering wheels.

Some time ago I tried to upgrade my BCM 089F High to BCM 090 Maxx, but I did not have this information. My Elsawin not have the description of pins 54, 57 white connector BCM.
VCDS autoscan showed a lack of communication between BCM and the instrument cluster:  http://www.uk-polos.net/view ... 15#p486232

Now we know the solution for this !!!

From this point I should update some messages and guides (tutorials) I have written in my topic about upgrades BCMs for xenon and other equipment, but it would be too much work for me. :P

If someone does these upgrades on its Polo 6R, please report the results.

So if I understand correctly. If you want a 6C steeringwheel in your 6R you have to upgrade the BCM (regardless of which one your 6R was born with) and then you have to rearrange two wires for it to work??
